This is my first time shoot my little one outdoor (serious mode) :). We heading to Taman Tasik Shah Alam around 6.00PM and start around the lake to take few shoots. At the end this is the results. Me and wife kinda satisfied with the end result of this photoshoot walaupun macam syok sendiri hahhahahha. Enjoy the photo!

Sketching Little Arsyad

A sketch (from Ancient Greek σχέδιος - schedios, “‘made suddenly, off-hand’”, from σχεδιάζω - schediazo, “‘to do a thing off-hand’”^[1]) is a rapidly executed freehand drawing that is not intended as a finished work. If in oil paint it is called an oil sketch. In general, a sketch is a quick way to record an idea for later use. Artist's sketches primarily serve as a way to try out different ideas and establish a composition before undertaking a more finished work, especially when the finished work is expensive and time consuming (as in the case of a large painting or fresco). Sketching sharpens an artist's ability to focus on the most important elements of a subject and is a prescribed part of artistic development for students.

Research shows that the milk and energy content of breastmilk actually decreases after the first year.^[8] Breastmilk adapts to a toddler's developing system, providing exactly the right amount of nutrition at exactly the right time.^[9] In fact, research shows that between the ages of 12 and 24 months, 448 milliliters of human milk provide these percentages of the following minimum daily requirements:^[12]

The quality of a mother's breast milk may be compromised by stress, bad food habits, chronic illnesses, smoking, and drinking.
